How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email you have provided during checkout. In the unlikely you did not receive your tracking information from us, feel free to contact us.

What if I Provided A Wrong Shipping Address?If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com
We can easily change the address for you only if your package hasn't been dispatched to our couriers. This means if you've already received your tracking number before you've advised us of the error, we won't be able to make any changes. If this happens, please contact your local courier depot and request an address change..
Please note that we are unable to recover your items, send replacements, or provide refunds if it has been delivered to the incorrect address.
Can I return opened or used items?
For your safety and protection, and due to regional health laws and hygienic concerns, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
If you are returning an opened item due to receiving a defective product, or it was an error on our part, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right! If the return is a result of a defective item, we will refund or exchange the item within 30 days, and pay for any associated shipping costs.

A CAN I PAY BY BANK DEPOSIT?No, we only accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal for security purposes.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you notice there is mistake in your order (eg: wrong address), please inform us ASAP. If you have not received a tracking number yet, we can easily change your address. We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately we can't cancel your order after you've receive a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We understand that circumstances change, so we always do our very best to accommodate exchanges or returns.
You may return new and unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund (minus associated shipping charges) within 30 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com
Please include your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your return, items will be inspected for signs of wear before processing the refund. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 days to process.
